Armstrong & Co. 12 gauge Boxlock ejector (Game Fixed Choke)

Description

Good condition 12 bore Armstrong and Co boxlock ejector fixed choke game gun. Oil finished straight hand stock that has been extended with a well matched wooden stock extension to 15 3/8" fitted with a plain silver oval.

The stock is accompanied by a slim matching game style forend with push rod release catch surrounded by a silver coloured scroll engraved forend tip. Game scene engraved colour case hardened boxlock action retaining traces of original colour. The left hand side of the action shows a group of pheasants in long grass while the right hand side of the action displays a pair of pointer dogs working the field.

The game scenes are surrounded with fine scroll work together with full engraved action fences, long 30" fixed choke barrels of which both bores are in very good condition. Blued scroll engraved top lever and pointed trigger guard tang.
