Unknown .36 ETHAN ALLEN (SIDE X SIDE DERRINGER)

Here's one you don't see too often, part of deceased effects, side x side 3 1/2 " .36 calibre (smooth) Derringer, possibly a Hoppes Ethan Allen although I don't know for sure, it's certainly an Ethan Allen design but who actually produced it I can't say for sure. It appears to be unfired ( except for recent proof ) and machined from stainless. I don't think it's European as they normally have country of origin written somewhere on them, also, I don't think it's a kit gun as it is serial numbered so my guess is that it was originally brought over from the US. I know Hoppes produced these but maybe not in stainless...don't know, beautiful thing though and very heavy for it's size. It's missing a little bead front sight but these are available on the bay if you really need one. I can send to your local RFD for £25..Please note: The powder flask is not included...
