Description

This rifle is presented in a Grade 3 Wood R8 Professional stock, with a factory .308 17mm barrel, threaded 15x1 and a Standard bolt head.

The Blaser R8 is one of the most popular straight pull hunting rifles in the UK, due to their excellent build quality and their innovative barrel change system. Rather than carry several rifles into the field, the shooter can change calibres quickly and easily by swapping barrels. When changing between calibre family, the bolt head will have to be changed, but this is still an easy process.

Blaser's walnut stocks elevate the R8 to a work of art. Blending modern design with traditional materials, walnut has always been the wood of choice for the serious shooter. Hard wearing and natural, the richly figured stock looks striking in the field. Contrasted with the gunmetal grey receiver, the R8 Grade 3 is a rifle designed to be passed down the generations.
