Description

This is the most popular model of the whole Lincoln range that we stock here at Forelock and Load. A step up in refinement from the Premier with a higher grade of Walnut and deeper, more complex engravings. The fine gold inlays on the action depict game birds in flight with Grouse to the left-hand side, Mallard to the right-hand side and a flushing Woodcock to the bottom of the receiver. The small details of this gun are what starts to set it apart from the others in the class such as the Schnabel forend and gold trigger. It is available in 5 different calibres 12, 16, 20, 28 bore and .410 with barrel lengths of 28” to 32”. The 12 and 16 bore are built on the 12 bore action with the 20, 28 and .410 built on the 20 bore action. It comes with a Lincoln hard case with 5 chokes as standard for the multi choke. These chokes are F.A.I.R.’s patented Technichoke technology which give consistent shot patterns at longer distances than conventional chokes. What this gives is less holes in the shot pattern with the result being cleaner hits out to the limits of the cartridges you are using. A fixed choke version is available should it be required.
